This wonderful, lively book written by a psychologist who is also a long term Zen practitioner brings together East and West, Zen and psychology and is full of the wisdom of ancient and modern Zen Masters and the waysin which they deal with problems in everyday life. The book also includes stories and anecdotes taken from the lives of modern day students and many excellent exercises which show us how to apply Zen practice and principles to problems in our everyday lives. Don't miss this one.
